There is no difference in price between expedited and regular shipping, and expedited shipping insures and tracks your package. You cannot de-select expedited shipping. Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 14 days. Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for loss in value.
