Shipping within Canada and continental USA

Please note – Canada Post can no longer guarantee delivery times, or accept parcels that require a signature for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of your order. We will contact you if an unforeseen delay occurs. The price is a flat rate, based on your location. We use Canada Post expedited shipping. There is no difference in price between expedited and regular, and expedited shipping insures and tracks your package. You cannot de-select expedited shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking information. 

We are at the dead end of a dirt road on an island, courier service is not available.

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 14 days. Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for loss in value.
