All local health guidelines are followed. Only one carload at a time is permitted in the shop. Masks, sanitizer, and self-screening are required. Please pay by card, not cash. All staff self-screen daily. Our company safety plan is available.

Topsy wool products are machine washable, following our instructions. Some of our handmade items are hand wash only.

Canada Post continues to experience delays, and will not guarantee delivery times. US orders take longer. Please have patience, and let us know if your parcel does not arrive.

The flat shipping rate is based on the assumption you're buying a blanket. If your order is small (eg. three skeins of yarn, a pair of socks), contact us to see if you qualify for a shipping discount.

The mill dictates the production schedule, so we can't say when any give item will arrive. Please click on the "notify me when available" button on the product page to automatically receive an email when we've restocked. Thank you for your patience.

Here's an interactive map . It shows all island businesses (some are seasonal), beaches, parks, docks, and points of interest. In the summer, we highly recommend the Back Kitchen, our community cafe. Check the calendar of events for community activities.

The Lodge and Foot Flats Farm offer accommodations. There are many Airbnbs. There is no public camping on the island.
