Topsy Farms wool mattress toppers have a generous dimension and density that feels just right. Washed and carded pure wool encased in unbleached cotton is ideal for bedding. It is resilient (retains its “bounce”). It traps masses of air pockets, which insulate, maintaining body warmth, while wicking away moisture. Those air pockets enable the bedding to “breathe” (unlike man-made fibres) promoting natural body circulation and cool comfort. ~2.5" thick with elastic on all corners for ease of attachment.
It is hypoallergenic, ideal for those with sensitivities, as it naturally resists moulds, mildew and dust mites. Wool is naturally fire resistant and is a renewable resource. We recommend you add a cover for easier maintenance. Our toppers are machine washable, following our instructions. We strongly recommend using Eucalan Wool Wash, as it enhances the natural lanolin in the wool.

Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 14 days. Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be exchanged. Dom & Stacey My partner and I are polar opposites in that I’m a good sleeper and he is lousy and restless :P He set his heart on one of these toppers when we discovered them in the Wool Shed and he lit up when Leah found a king size one in stock. Having grown up with the “itchy” wool and wildly frustrating sensitive skin, I’ve never been a wool lover BUT I admit age is showing and this wool is not the wool I remember - I’ve really enjoyed the topper for temperature regulation and coziness. He loves the squishy sink-in feel and his sleep has actually improved which is no small feat! 100% recommend these! 100% recommend a trip to the Wool Shed too…..though we’ve had a couple of shipments from Topsy that are quick and convenient as well. EXCELLENT customer service and SUPERB products.

Rebecca This mattress topper is wonderful. I sleep well and remain a constant temperature. I have it paired with a topsy pillow, a topsy wool blanket and hopefully soon a topsy duvet :) It stays in place even with my partner who is a super restless sleeper and our dogs who jump up from time to time to test it out. It still looks and feels like the first day we got it. Over the holidays I was staying with family and I couldn't figure out why I was sleeping so poorly, then it dawned on me! I was missing the mattress topper!

Lynn We purchased a king mattress pad to bring our 2 twin XL mattresses together on a king frame and have a breathable layer between us and the mattress. On the occasion that I'm alone in the bed I can sleep in the middle and don't notice the ridge between the 2 mattresses. Amazing comfort.

Karen We've had this mattress pad now for 5 months and it is fabulous! My boyfriend and I have a split king mattress, and the wool mattress pad eliminates the feel of the split in the middle. The lovely thick pad does not take away from the support of either mattress; it just provides a beautiful soft layer that is cosy but doesn't let you overheat. I definitely sleep better because of this beautiful mattress pad.
