This is as good as it gets, everyone. We have been organic gardening since a time when that was just called “gardening”; decades spent intentionally building up the nutrients in our soil to a point of maximum fertility. Our hippie founders would have it no other way.
The sun-dappled cooking space is nestled in the Old Root Cellar at Topsy Farms. Almost everything you see has been created from re-purposed steel and salvaged farm equipment. Salvaged and rescued.
Dean swam through 48 years of scrap metal and adapted the “found treasures” Primitive Catering-style.
