In addition to wool products, Topsy Farms has, for many years, offered custom cut, frozen lamb to local buyers.
You can choose from:
- a whole lamb (50-55 lbs.)
- half lamb (25-27 lbs.)
- a gourmet pack (18-22lbs.) of the best cuts from half a lamb.
