Refund Policy
Topsy Farms guarantees that its wool and lamb products are of excellent quality. We will refund or replace any of our products that do not meet your expectations.
Topsy Farms accepts Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, and Personal Cheques, and PayPal.
Please note: If you are paying by Money Order, we will not ship your order until receipt and processing of your payment at our bank.
If you are paying by Personal Cheque, we will not ship your order until your cheque has cleared through our bank. For Canadian cheques, this can take up to fifteen days. For U.S. Checks, it can take up to 30 days before your cheque clears. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing a gift, or have a deadline.
Shipping and Delivery
Topsy Farms charges a flat rate shipping fee on all orders. Shipping is $25.00 in Canada, $30.00 in The United States.. In the case of smaller orders (ie one or two skeins of yarn) we are happy to adjust shipping charges. We are also happy to send via other methods (i.e. Courier, or Expresspost) at the request of the customer. Please note that additional charges may apply for alternate shipping methods.
Please contact us for overseas rates BEFORE placing your order.
This shipping fee is negated in the event of free shipping, or reduced shipping promotions.
Topsy Farms uses Canada Post-Expedited Parcel as its default shipping method. Please see http://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/manual/PGexppar-e.asp for more information on this shipping method.
Shipping times vary depending on location, however, items within Canada usually arrive within about 4 days of shipping, and items to the United States usually arrive around two weeks later. Due to the irregularity of Customs processing times, shipments to the United States may, on occasion, take longer than two weeks to arrive.
Canada Post provides a tracking number for items shipped via Expedited Parcel service. We are happy to provide this tracking number at your request.
Processing within our warehouse is usually next business day. We guarantee to ship items within 2 business days of receipt of your payment.
Please note: If you choose to pay by Money Order, or personal cheque, we will not ship your items until your payment has cleared. For U.S. personal cheques, it can take up to 30 days for them to clear.
